Elisabeth is a mission-driven and multi-disciplinary leader with over 15 years of experience in optimizing and scaling global business operations for both public and high-growth pre-IPO SaaS startups in the Technology and Financial Services sectors. She is currently a growth & operational advisor and investor to early-stage startups in the CLM, fintech, AI and DEI spaces both in North America & Europe. 

Previously, she held GTM leadership roles at PE & VC-backed companies including Agiloft, YayPay and Apttus (now Conga) leading revenue growth initiatives ranging from corporate and business development, to channel and sales operations to customer experience, service and success. Prior to jumping into the pre-IPO ecosystem, Elisabeth spent ten years at PwC, founding and building the Salesforce practice for the US firm, as well as advising Global 500 companies on their GTM operations. She holds an MBA from the University of Washington and a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Ecole Nationale de l’Aviation Civile.

For fun, Elisabeth loves traveling with her husband and get immersed into new places and cultures. She is obsessed with geopolitics and is currently reading “The Crusades Through Arab Eyes” from Amin Malou.
