Elisabeth is a mission-driven, multidisciplinary leader with over 20 years of experience in optimizing and scaling global business operations across public companies and high-growth, pre-IPO SaaS startups in the Technology and Financial Services sectors. She is currently a growth and operational advisor, as well as an investor, focusing on early-stage startups in the CLM, fintech, AI, and DEI spaces across North America and Europe.

Previously, Elisabeth held go-to-market leadership roles at PE- and VC-backed companies, including Agiloft, YayPay, and Apttus (now Conga), driving revenue growth through corporate and business development, channel and sales operations, and customer experience. Before entering the pre-IPO ecosystem, she spent a decade at PwC, where she founded and led the Salesforce practice for the US firm and advised Global 500 companies on their GTM strategies.

Elisabeth holds an MBA from the University of Washington and a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering from École Nationale de l’Aviation Civile. Her diverse background and global experience equip her to guide businesses toward sustainable growth and operational excellence.
