Previously, Maja held leadership roles at Citi Ventures where she drove portfolio investments, digital partnerships, and commercialization strategies across the enterprise and established its award-winning Discover 10x incubation program. A former founder with strong ties to the startup ecosystem, she leverages her experience and network to help new ventures scale and succeed.

Maja has worked in over 42 countries, bringing a uniquely global perspective to innovation and strategy. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government and International Affairs from Georgetown University.
