Oni Kabir brings over 30 years of operational expertise in enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, risk management, and business strategy.

Oni has spent the majority of his career working at the intersections of managing tactical operations and researching more esoteric technologies.  His experiences include developing and deploying trading analytics platforms for financial market exchanges, building pre-iphone mobile ready enterprise applications and instituting cyber security programs for enterprise organizations.  

His work with more esoteric technologies include research into the practical applications of swarm intelligence across globally distributed load processing, deploying ad-hoc mesh networks in active kinetic warfare combat scenarios, and utilizing game theory models for offensive real-time cyber capabilities.

Most recently Oni has served as the Chief Risk Officer for the City of New York’s financial systems, overseeing the management and security of over $115 billion in annual transactions. His leadership extends to roles as CEO of GSC Assets, a Crisis Alpha Hedge Fund; Managing Partner at Argon Holdings, a boutique private equity firm focused on the defense and oil sectors; and CEO of Sora Defense Systems, a cyber military intelligence and communications platform.
